Signature Performance is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to translate Military Health System revenue cycle requirements into system configurations and workflows. This remote role supports multiple projects with cross-functional teams, focusing on configuring third party collections, claims management, denials, and revenue capture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations: third party collections, denials, AR, and billing.
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS workflows and related system integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into configuration specifications.
• Ability to document requirements, workflows, and changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Configure system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules to support revenue cycle functions.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current-state processes and desired future-state functionality.
• Evaluate options and recommend solutions balancing needs, capabilities, and efficiency.
• Document decisions, requirements, workflows, dependencies, and changes per established processes.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; perform functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing.
