ALSAC is seeking a Development Specialist to fuel fundraising efforts and drive peer-to-peer campaigns in Oklahoma City with remote-friendly opportunities. You will build relationships with volunteers, donors, and sponsors, and lead national initiatives like radiothons and school events.

You will travel as needed, analyze performance data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the regional team to exceed financial goals while delivering engaging communications and stewardship.

Formación

• 3 years of fundraising, sales, marketing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital channels.
• Analytical skills to review data and identify trends.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Proven face-to-face interaction with volunteers and sponsors.
• Proficiency in data processing applications.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed financial and stewardship targets set by leadership.
• Cultivate authentic relationships with volunteers, donors, and sponsors face-to-face.
• Motivate and guide fundraising initiatives across channels.
• Lead national fundraising projects and events in the region.
• Travel periodically to support events and business needs.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and forecasts for decision-making.
