Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in special events, sponsorship sales, volunteer engagement.
• Ability to establish strong relationships and adapt to leadership styles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% and lift 35+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Lupus Now events to meet revenue goals via peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Recruit, manage and support volunteer committees to reach targets.
• Maintain accurate donor records and support fundraising tools.
• Develop relationships with sponsors, volunteers and participants to boost revenue.
• Collaborate on Lupus education programs and regional engagement activities.
• Build knowledge of lupus services and mission to inform fundraising work.
• Undertake related duties as assigned.
