Job summary

Move For Hunger is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Development Manager to grow our fundraising program across corporate partnerships, sponsorships, individual giving, and events. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will build a healthy donor pipeline, deliver exceptional donor experiences, and run systems to scale giving in a remote work setting.

You will engage with donors and partners nationwide, conduct prospect research, manage communications, and collaborate with Marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or events experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and donor prospects.
• Maintain donor records, reports, and engagement history in Salesforce.
• Research prospective partners and prepare proposals and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events with internal teams.
