Job summary

Rise Against Hunger is seeking a Director of Corporate Growth to drive unrestricted corporate revenue by acquiring new corporate partners. This remote role oversees prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing stewardship of partnerships while collaborating with leadership to shape strategy and secure six-figure opportunities.

Key responsibilities include building an annual acquisition plan, managing a robust pipeline of 100–150 prospects, and coordinating with Marketing, Program leadership, and Donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of sales or fundraising experience with a focus on new business development.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven success securing six-figure corporate partnerships.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing pipeline, conversion metrics, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual corporate acquisition strategy aligned with organizational revenue goals.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective corporate partners that align with Rise Against Hunger's mission.
• Secure introductory meetings, discovery calls, and relationship-building engagements with prospective partners.
• Close new corporate partnerships that generate unrestricted revenue and long-term value.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with prospective corporate partners.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to facilitate introductions and advance strategic opportunities.
• Maintain an active portfolio of prospects and monitor pipeline health and forecasts.
