Job summary

National 4-H Council seeks a Development Manager to steward a portfolio of corporate/foundation partners and drive $1M–$4M in annual revenue. You will craft proposals, manage activations, and oversee donor deliverables, timelines, and CRM records.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years with donors, 1–3 years in fundraising, and strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. This role supports nationwide partnerships in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience with high-level donor representatives in relationships.
• 1-3 years proven experience in corporate/foundation fundraising and relationship management.
• Analytical, strategic planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office; remote team collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Renew corporate partners to renew and grow revenue (1-4M yearly).
• Develop customized proposals and partnership activation strategies.
• Coordinate donor deliverables and reports; manage CRM activity.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver donor projects on time.
• Identify opportunities to renew and expand partnership revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of outreach in the CRM.
