Job summary

Screen Sanity, Inc. is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising and donor stewardship during its next growth phase.

You will work with the CEO and external Development Consultant to build a multi-year strategy, cultivate major gifts, and expand corporate partnerships while reporting to the Managing Director. This full-time role offers primarily remote work with 30–40 hours per week, travel to Kansas City and other sites, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working for nonprofit organizations during growth phases.
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand Screen Sanity's vision and priorities.
• Passion to propel Screen Sanity's mission and equip families.
• Eagerness to receive and respond to feedback and direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategy across multi-year initiative.
• Act as front-line fundraiser with CEO.
• Build and manage donor pipeline and partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership to design fundraising programs.
• Create reports for leadership and Board.
• Remote work with ~40 hours weekly; possible 30 hours considered full-time.
