Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator—Temporary for a remote, Northeast-based position in Connecticut. You will support School Fundraising programs for Kids Heart Challenge, handle data entry, communications, and school interactions while supporting the RVP and Development Directors.

Work primarily involves behind-the-scenes data support, emails, and phone calls; a laptop is provided. 5 hours/day, 5 days/week; start Nov 30, 2026, ends May 2027 (≈16 weeks).

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative work or project coordination experience.
• Experience with data management systems (Dynamics or Luminate).
• Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data entry, donor information and event details.
• Coordinate meetings with directors and volunteers.
• Prepare presentations, minutes, and correspondence.
• Assist Senior Directors and maintain timely communications.
