As a Program Management Associate for the 2026 Election Cycle, you will support internal voter turnout and persuasion programs, delivering design, research, and campaign services efficiently.

This temporary role runs through November 20, 2026, with responsibilities spanning messaging, experiment design support, and cross-team collaboration inside Movement Labs'

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status updates.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft project deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling and impactful messaging aligned with voter turnout and persuasion goals.
• Support experiment design by drafting assets with leadership.
• Research on election, turnout, and persuasion campaigns and collaborate with other departments.
• Follow project management workflows and meet deadlines while flagging blockers.
