Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a motivated Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team in the United States. You will support development, configuration, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems while promoting citizen development within the application framework.

You will collaborate with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective solutions, provide after-hours support, and help drive innovative approaches to

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and databases (MS/Oracle).
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSA E16, HIPAA, URAC).
• Participate in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Document business needs and work independently to understand them.
• Collaborate with functional teams for optimal operation of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for app modifications.
• Research and propose automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Develop within Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on RPA, bot development experience preferred.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
• Admin data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.
