Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in New Jersey. You will support development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications.

You will collaborate with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, contribute to citizen development, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of network, Windows OS, databases, and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and document configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with RPA experience and bot development.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
• Development Administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.
