Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. This role supports development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications.

You will drive citizen development, collaborate with IT and business users, and translate requirements into effective solutions. The position emphasizes development across Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot), Power Platform with RPA, and Oracle

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or IT.
• Knowledge of structured programming and basic design principles.
• Experience documenting configurations and business processes.
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth application development operations.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to application systems.
• Research innovative, automated approaches to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
