Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. The role provides development support, design, programming and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps, and leads citizen development while collaborating with IT Analysts and business users to ensure the right solutions.

You will work with Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint and CoPilot, the Power Platform for RPA, Atlassian SaaS, Oracle Fusion/ORMB/OIC

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of databases, Windows OS, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and implement innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
