Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. The role collaborates with IT and business users to design, develop, and implement custom processes across enterprise systems, including Microsoft SaaS platforms and Oracle/ERP suites.

You will document requirements, support testing, and drive automation efforts while ensuring security and data privacy compliance. The position offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile methodology.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws including SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows (preferred).
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
• Develop Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.
