Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in Springfield, IL. This role focuses on development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems, including Microsoft SaaS and ERP platforms.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements, support testing, and drive citizen development. The position offers growth opportunities and exposure to multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Coordinate with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
• Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned.
