Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in a hands-on role focused on development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across multiple enterprise systems. You will collaborate with IT Analysts and business users to convert requirements into effective solutions using Microsoft SaaS, Power Platform, and other ERP platforms.

The role emphasizes citizen development, documentation, and ongoing support, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows, databases, process automation, and Agile methodologies.
• Understand data privacy practices incl. SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC.
• Participate in and support compliance objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
• Work independently to understand and document business needs
• Collaborate with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
• Provide after-hours support
• Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
• Development within the Power Platform with RPA development and bot automation
• Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned
