Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team. The role focuses on development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to capture requirements, document configurations, and drive citizen development within the Navitus technology framework. This is a remote-friendly opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments; understands system analysis and design.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Familiar with Windows, networks, databases, and Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws; SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Support after-hours issues as needed.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within Power Platform with hands-on RPA experience and complex bot development.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP, Dynamics (D365) CRM platforms.
• Develop administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.
