Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team. You will develop, design, and implement custom processes across Microsoft SaaS platforms, Power Platform, and Oracle Fusion/ERP ecosystems, collaborating with business users to meet requirements.

You will also document configurations, provide after-hours support, and contribute to citizen development initiatives within the applications framework.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work exp.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, databases, automation, and Agile methodology.
• Experience documenting configuration and process information.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application operations.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to systems.
• Research and recommend automated approaches to business needs.
