Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Developer Experience focused on SDKs across Web, iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms. You will drive the product strategy, champion developer tooling, and collaborate with engineering to expose new identity capabilities.

You’ll also author documentation, blogs, and sample apps to accelerate adoption. You will manage the lifecycle from concept to release, measure success by SDK adoption and integration time, and stay ahead of trends in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn).
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and agents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for engineering and external stakeholders.
• Experience defining and executing a product roadmap in Agile.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across platforms.
• Collaborate with documentation and developer relations to deliver great content.
• Work with Eng and PM teams to expose new capabilities and align with releases.
• Gather developer insights and translate feedback into backlog priorities.
• Write technical content and participate in forums to evangelize the SDK.
• Manage lifecycle from concept to release with clear success metrics.
