Job summary

Ping Identity Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Developer Experience to simplify identity integration across web and mobile for developers. You will champion SDKs, APIs, and tooling, translating complex identity patterns into a frictionless developer experience.

You will own the product lifecycle from concept to release, drive adoption across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks, and collaborate with engineering, docs, and partner teams to deliver best-in-class guides and samples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with hands-on software experience.
• Strong understanding of identity and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate architecture into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Ping's DX across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid SDKs.
• Collaborate with docs and developer relations to deliver world-class documentation, quick-start guides, and sample apps.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather requirements and translate feedback into the backlog.
