Job summary

Ping Identity in Canada is seeking a Product Manager for Developer Experience to champion the developers building on Ping’s IAM platform. You will simplify identity standards into a fast, secure, and developer-friendly experience across web and mobile, bridging complex identity architecture with elegant code.

You’ll own the product lifecycle from concept to release, collaborating with engineering and documentation teams, and measuring SDK adoption and integration time while staying ahead on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience building software and speaking the language of developers using SDKs/APIs
• Experience with identity security protocols and modern development tooling

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping's Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Partner with documentation and developer relations to deliver world-class docs, quick-start guides, and sample apps.
• Work with Engineering and PM teams to align SDK capabilities with platform releases.
• Gather developer insights from customers, partner engineers, and open‑source communities to shape backlog.
• Write technical content and participate in developer forums to highlight SDK capabilities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release with a prioritized backlog and clear success metrics.
• Monitor emerging app development trends and AI tooling to keep the SDK at the cutting edge
