Job summary
Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner who loves travel and romance. You'll design dream wedding getaways, coordinating flights, accommodations, group logistics, and experiences for couples and their guests.
From initial consultation to post-wedding follow-up, you’ll guide clients with a warm, consultative sales approach, using CRMs and supplier portals. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow in Caribbean, Europe, or luxury
Qualifications
- Experience in weddings, sales, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus—but not required. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, stays, transfers, cruises, and honeymoons.
- Engage with couples to understand vision, budget, destinations, and non-negotiables, then present options.
- Coordinate travel details for wedding groups with clear bookings and payment timelines.
- Respond to questions and changes with professionalism, including payments and upgrades.
- Provide pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding follow-up support.
- Add romantic experiences and wow moments to elevate celebrations.
