Job summary

Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. You will assist with destination research, coordinate reservations, and maintain accurate travel records to support clients throughout the planning process.

This role is performed remotely via online platforms. You will respond to client inquiries, provide destination recommendations, verify booking details with suppliers, and ensure all documentation is complete and correct before final

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
