Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. You will assist clients with researching destinations, coordinate reservations, and maintain travel records throughout the planning process.

This role is performed remotely using online platforms and email, with onboarding and ongoing support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a home workspace.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working with computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location where the position is offered.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

• Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.

• Review reservation details for accuracy before final confirmation.
