Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; pursuing candidates may be considered.
• Imaging, configuring, upgrading, supporting and repairing laptops/desktops.
• End-user IT support, help desk, or IT-related experience.
• Azure AD and O365 administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and/or support IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and phones.
• Communicate with employees via phone, e-mail, and Teams to resolve technical issues with a positive attitude.
• Utilize a centralized ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve issues; escalate to tier2/3 as needed.
• Manage and track IT assets within the asset management system.
• Provide support for telecommunication systems.
• Create and update technical support documentation, policies, and SOPs.
