Job summary

NPSG Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to configure, deploy, and support IT assets across the organization. You will be the first contact for new computer deployments and provide on-site or remote assistance to employees using computers, mobile devices, and enterprise systems.

This position is eligible for telecommuting and will report for work in our corporate office. Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and Azure AD/O365 administration are essential between other IT support duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates pursuing degree considered.
• Experience imaging, configuring, upgrading, and supporting laptops/desktops.
• Experience with IT end-user support and help desk environments.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and Office 365 administration.
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, switches, and phones.
• Communicate with employees via phone, email, and Teams to resolve technical issues with professionalism.
• Use a ticketing system to track, manage, prioritize, and resolve service requests; escalate when needed.
• Manage IT assets within the asset management system and support telecommunications systems.
• Create and update technical support documentation and standard operating procedures.
