Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a qualified professional to support the Design Division Safety Program. You will ensure designs are safe, operable, and compliant, collaborating with engineering leadership and clients to apply process safety methodologies across projects.

Responsibilities include facilitating PHAs/LOPA, developing safety procedures, and educating IPS personnel in process safety practices.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of process safety concepts and applicable design standards.
Experience with PHAs, HAZOP/What-If/LOPA methodologies.
Ability to work with cross-functional facility owner teams and apply safety resources.

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, and maintenance of IPS Design Division Safety Program.
Coordinate with directors, PMs, and clients on scope, complexity, and planning.
Facilitate process hazard analyses and design risk assessments.
Develop and implement IPS process safety programs (PHA, PRD, LEL, HAC).
Train IPS personnel on process safety management.
Ensure compliance with IPS standards and regulatory codes.
Contribute to safety reviews and hazard identification at client facilities.
Travel 5-20% as required by projects.
