We’re seeking a Design Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for creative, design, and video roles within our internal Design Recruiting Pod. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and move candidates through a fast-moving process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and networks; familiarity with ATSs.
• Experience recruiting for creative/design/video roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work US time zones consistently.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop pipelines for current and future creative/design roles across multiple platforms.
• Create and publish job ads; partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
• Screen resumes/portfolios; schedule and conduct interviews; build candidate shortlists.
• Manage candidate communications and offers; ensure a strong candidate experience through the process.
• Support recruitment operations and continuously refine processes in a fast-moving startup.
