Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for Shaumburg, IL, reporting to the District Business Manager. You will drive product awareness and build relationships with physicians, staff, and colleagues within a defined territory to achieve sales initiatives.

You will develop disease and product knowledge to promote our dermatological products compliantly, engage healthcare professionals, and collaborate with field teams to deliver excellent service while expanding product

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in quota-driven roles, preferably dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
• Proven high performance and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks and accounts using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant messaging.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using market and reimbursement insights.
