Qualifications

• Two years of experience in communications, customer service, a related medical field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
• Experience with Epic and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Coordinates services according to policies; provides customer education as needed.
• Maintains schedule adherence and productivity standards.
• Handles all customer contacts including scheduling, provider messages, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
