Organon is seeking a District Business Manager for Dermatology in the Heartland to hire, lead, develop and retain Dermatology Sales Representatives across Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and Minnesota. You will collaborate with the Regional Director to ensure ethical promotion, meet sales goals, and drive accountability for results throughout the district.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education a plus.
• Seven+ years pharma/biopharma experience with three years sales leadership.
• Dermatology market experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop and promote talent.
• Integrity and adherence to company policies and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and measure strategic business plans to meet sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through direct management of sales reps.
• Participate in face-to-face customer sales calls four days per week.
• Plan and execute district sales meetings; conduct performance evaluations.
• Recruit, select, and train top-performing Sales Representatives; coach for metric improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop career plans for district Representatives.
• Analyze sales data, performance, and trends; formulate strategies to drive demand.
• Monitor competitor activities and report to home office.
• Build strong relationships with key HCPs and cross-functional teams.
• Manage district budget and expenditures.
