Job summary

Organon seeks a District Business Manager for Dermatology in the Heartland to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives, ensure ethical and compliant promotion, and drive district performance against forecasts.

The role requires seven years of pharma experience with three years in sales leadership, plus strong dermatology market knowledge and talent development capabilities. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with three years in sales leadership/management.
• Experience in the Dermatology market strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, retain and promote talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure outcomes of strategic business plans to meet sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for designated products through district management.
• Lead face-to-face customer calls with reps four days per week on average.
• Plan district sales meetings and conduct routine performance evaluations.
• Recruit, select, and train top-performing Sales Representatives.
• Coach and develop career plans for district representatives.
• Analyze sales data and formulate strategies to grow demand and revenue.
• Monitor competitor activities and communicate progress to home office.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across HR, Marketing and Finance.
• Travel extensively as required; district covers multiple states including Minnesota.
