Job summary

Organon is seeking a District Business Manager for Dermatology Heartland to hire, lead, and develop a team of Sales Representatives across Indiana and neighboring states. You will drive regional sales performance, ensure ethical promotion, and collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance to meet product goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in pharma with 3+ years in leadership, and willingness to travel. Remote-friendly with 50% travel; 1 opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical with 3+ years in sales leadership
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, retain and promote top talent
• Strong integrity and compliance in complex markets
• Experience building physician and key customer relationships
• Ability to travel extensively across local and regional geographies

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure outcomes of strategic business plans to meet sales objectives
• Meet or exceed sales goals for designated products by managing sales reps
• Participate in face-to-face customer calls with reps four days per week on average
• Plan and execute district sales meetings and performance evaluations
• Recruit, select, and train top-performing sales representatives
• Lead, coach, and develop district Representatives
• Analyze sales data and trends to drive demand and revenue
• Monitor competitor activities and report progress to home office
• Identify opportunities in the marketplace and communicate across the organization
• Develop positive team norms and enhance functional skills
• Monitor district expenditures to meet budget
• Serve as liaison between district and other departments
• Develop and maintain relationships with key HCPs in the district
