Job summary

Organon is seeking a District Business Manager, Dermatology - Heartland, to hire, lead and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Representatives across Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and Minnesota.

The DBM will drive district sales performance, coach reps, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR, Marketing and Finance to meet product goals in an ethical, compliant manner. Travel is required, with weekly field calls and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Seven years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with three years in sales leadership/management.
• Dermatology market experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, retain and promote talent.
• Demonstrated integrity and leadership in complex markets.
• Strong understanding of payer environments, reimbursement and healthcare systems.
• Willing to travel extensively; regular overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Dermatology sales representatives within the district.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through direct management of reps.
• Participate in face-to-face customer sales calls four days per week on average.
• Plan district sales meetings and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance and other departments.
