Job summary

Organon is seeking a District Business Manager for Dermatology in the Heartland region. You will hire, lead, develop and retain a district of Dermatology Sales Representatives, driving sales performance while upholding compliance and integrity in all promotions.

You will work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing and Finance to meet product goals, with regular travel and remote work flexibility. The role covers Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and Minnesota.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of seven years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry with three years in sales leadership/management.
Experience in Dermatology market strongly preferred.
Proven track record of hiring, coaching, developing and promoting talent.
Strong integrity and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and measure strategic district business plans to meet sales objectives.
Meet or exceed sales goals for designated products by managing sales reps.
Lead weekly face-to-face customer calls with reps four days per week on average.
Plan district meetings, coaching, evaluations and field events.
Recruit, train and coach top-performing Sales Representatives.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing and Finance to align district activities.
Travel extensively to support local/regional districts; up to 50% travel.
