Job summary

Organon seeks a District Business Manager, Dermatology, to hire, lead, and develop Dermatology Sales Representatives across the Ohio Valley district, including Nashville, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh. You will drive sales performance, align with compliance standards, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize outcomes.

This role requires extensive travel (up to 50%), strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the payer landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• Minimum 7 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with 3 years sales leadership/management.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop and promote talent.
• Strong integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure strategic business plans to meet sales objectives while complying with standards and regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through direct management of sales reps and provide updates to sales directors.
• Participate in face-to-face customer sales calls with reps four days per week on average.
• Plan and execute district sales meetings; conduct routine performance evaluations and participate in events.
• Recruit, select, and train top-performing Sales Representatives and develop coaching metrics.
• Lead, coach, and provide career development plans for representatives in the district.
• Analyze sales data and trends; formulate strategies to create product demand and revenue.
• Monitor competitor activities and communicate progress to the home office.
• Identify marketplace opportunities and communicate across levels of the organization.
• Develop strong team norms to align with company culture and performance.
• Monitor and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
• Serve as liaison between district and other departments such as HR, Marketing, Finance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs throughout the district.
