McKinstry’s Distributed Energy Resources (DER) East division seeks a high-energy Principal Seller to lead our DER sales strategy, closing multi-million-dollar projects across the eastern US. This role focuses on sourcing, structuring, and negotiating EPCs, PPAs, and energy-as-a-service solutions.

You’ll engage with C-suite and facilities teams, build strategic client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive revenue growth while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in renewable energy, onsite generation, distributed energy sales, or infrastructure project development.
