Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead the deployment of network, hardware, and software solutions for the Axon Interview Room. This post-sale, customer-facing role requires managing 3rd party installers and delivering an excellent overall experience.

The position is remote within the United States with 80% travel (Mon-Fri) and reports to the Manager, Interview Room. You will train customers and collaborate with Chiefs of Police, Directors of IT, and program managers.

Qualifications

• Experience with or ability to learn installation of networks, cameras, microphones, and touch panels.
• Experience with law enforcement agencies is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficient deployment and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure 3rd party installers and Interview Room customers are updated on installation status via daily reports/stand-ups.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability in responsibilities.
• With minimal guidance, deploy hardware and software in a dynamic environment.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and undertake additional projects as needed.
• Guide customers on optimal hardware placement to suit their workflows and ensure compliant data collection environments.
• Create installation diagrams and comprehensive documentation for the solution.
• Engage with police leadership and IT directors after the sale; conduct training for technical and non-technical staff.
