Vitalize is hiring an Implementation Specialist to drive multi-month deployments for health systems across the U.S. You will embed with nursing executives, hospital operations, finance, and IT to diagnose bottlenecks, align stakeholders, and lead deployment strategies that reshape staffing and labor across organizations.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to refine deployment playbooks, ensure go-lives land on time, and support long-term client success with a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-month deployments from planning to go-live.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, and legal.

Responsabilités

• Own complex, multi-month deployments end to end, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across several health systems.
• Become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders as they redesign labor planning and staffing.
• Align executives and cross-functional stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal for enterprise go-lives.
• Design and refine repeatable deployment playbooks for academic medical centers and complex, multi-union systems.
• Develop a predictable launch motion for new system integrations, including HRIS and payroll builds.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Success on internal flows, tools, and processes driving long-term client success.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to build and iterate on product lines to drive ARR growth.
