Job summary

Vitalize is seeking a deployment lead to embed with nursing executives and hospital operations teams to diagnose bottlenecks, align stakeholders, and architect deployments that reshape how health systems staff and operate. You are the face of Vitalize, guiding complex enterprise rollouts with candor and strategic insight.

You will collaborate across IT, finance, HR, and operations to ensure go-lives deliver measurable ROI and long-term client success, while building scalable deployment playbooks

Responsibilities

• Own complex deployments end to end, across several health systems, ensuring go-live milestones land on time and deliver results
• Become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders as they redesign how labor is planned, staffed, and managed across their health systems
• Align executives and cross-functional stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal, keeping decisions, owners, and next steps clear through enterprise-wide go-lives
• Design and continuously refine repeatable deployment playbooks for academic medical centers and complex, multi-union health systems
• Develop a predictable launch motion for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll builds
• Partner directly with GTM and Customer Success on the internal flows, tools, and processes that drive long-term client success
• Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to build and iterate on new product lines, driving ARR growth through expansion
