Vitalize in San Francisco seeks a Deployment Lead to embed with nursing executives, hospital operations, finance and IT. You’ll diagnose operational bottlenecks, align cross-functional stakeholders, and architect deployments that reshape how health systems staff and operate—becoming the face of Vitalize to customers.

You’ll own multi-month deployments end to end, build trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and clinical leaders, design repeatable playbooks, and partner with product, design

• Deployment and project management experience across complex health-system deployments.
• Ability to advise C-suite and clinical leaders on labor planning and staffing.
• Strong credibility with clinical teams and front-line staff.
• Proven change management skills and building buy-in.
• Owns initiatives with strong sense of ownership and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex, multi-month deployments end to end, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across several health systems at once so every go-live lands on time and delivers results
• Become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders as they redesign how labor is planned, staffed, and managed across their health systems
• Align executives and cross-functional stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal, keeping everyone clear on decisions, owners, and next steps through enterprise-wide go-lives
• Design and continuously refine repeatable deployment playbooks for academic medical centers and complex, multi-union health systems
• Develop a predictable launch motion for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll builds
• Partner directly with GTM and Customer Success on the internal flows, tools, and processes that drive long-term client success
• Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to build and iterate on new product lines, driving ARR growth through expansion
