Job summary

Rillet, a fast-growing ERP provider for accounting and finance teams, is hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant. You will lead onboarding of new customers, translate finance workflows into practical configurations, and coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success.

The role requires 4–7 years in accounting or related roles, strong communication, and a systems-minded approach. Remote-friendly with some travel to collaborate, you will help customers close books, recognize revenue,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with the ability to discuss close, reconciliations, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication and the presence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multi-workstream capability.
• Experience in SaaS or technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth, timely implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute plans.
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate into clear requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, and integrations.
• Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned.
