University Medical Billing (UMB) is a fully remote department recognized as the premier billing office for the University of Utah School of Medicine, serving over 1,800 providers and 30 specialties across Utah and nearby states. We seek an experienced Department Services Manager to lead post-sale client relationships, handle account issues, and identify new opportunities.

Background checks and HIPAA-compliant remote work are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus related work experience per level.
• 4+ years of directly related work experience for Client Relationship Manager II.
• 6+ years for Client Relationship Manager III with a master’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors the appropriateness and effectiveness of service within the division.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints and providing follow-through.
• Present financial and regulatory information to external customers monthly.
• Manage new businesses and services to internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement policies in customer service aligned with university policies.
• Analyze processes to ensure productivity and savings.
• Other duties as assigned.
