Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking a Professional Services Representative based remotely in Michigan to recruit participating dentists and support Delta Dental programs.

You will visit dental offices, log contacts in Salesforce, analyze data for recruitment needs, and present to schools and communities, while staying current on products and promoting participation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant technical training with two years of service/sales/recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of dental terminology and insurance products; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use word processing/spreadsheet software; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain dentists in Delta Dental networks and log contacts in Salesforce.
• Visit dentists to explain programs and resolve claims processing problems.
• Analyze competitor data and reports to support recruitment needs.
• Represent Delta Dental at meetings, clinics, and community events to build relationships.
• Develop and deliver presentations to dental offices, schools, and local societies.
• Stay updated on products and promote programs to increase participation.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
