Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; two years in customer service, sales, or recruiting; one year in chair-side assisting.
• Advanced knowledge of claims adjudication, dental terminology, dental procedures and dental insurance products.
• Advanced presentation skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; Word processing and spreadsheet software experience.
• Experience working with data, independent judgment, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participating dentists for various Delta Dental programs.
• Log all points of contact in Salesforce and support recruitment efforts.
• Visit participating and non-participating dentists to explain programs and resolve claims processing problems.
• Obtain competitor information and analyze data to determine recruitment needs.
• Represent the company at regional and national meetings/trade shows and engage with dental schools and communities.
• Develop and conduct presentations for dental offices, schools, and community groups.
• Stay abreast of products to promote new programs and increase participation.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
