Job summary

National Dentex is seeking a Customer Service Representative for NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN. This full-time role supports dental offices and labs by handling calls, scheduling IOS cases, and addressing customer questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 5 years dental environment or call center experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including shade, material, poor impressions and missing items or information
• Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices as well as dental lab
• Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
• Enter/schedule IOS cases
• Responsible for Pricing
• Account Receivables backup
• All other duties as assigned
