Job summary

National Dentex, LLC in Topeka, KS is hiring for a Customer Service/Data Entry position. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You will record and schedule work, answer inquiries, and support the intake process for dental restorations. • At NDX, we work with Dentists from all over the country to create dental products that help restore their patients’ smiles. Our Customer Service/Data Entry team members play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case. Our Customer Service/Data Entry receive, disinfect, organize, and complete an intake process cases that comes through our doors. This is essentially the vital first step that occurs before our technicians begin to craft the restorations for our clients. The position invoices routine information exchanges with operations personnel as well as NDX customers.
