National Dentex in De Pere, WI seeks a Customer Service Representative for NDX Lord's Dental Studio. You will answer phones, process calls, troubleshoot issues, and support dental offices while maintaining accurate records.

The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, a 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. Regular hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: minimum 3 years of experience in a dental environment / customer service.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely manner.
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with doctors, including shade, impressions, and missing items.
