Job summary

National Dentex in Topeka, KS is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry professional to support our growing network of dental labs. The role handles intake, scheduling, and communications to ensure accurate case handling from receipt to work in progress. This is a full-time position located on-site with paid on-the-job training.

• Record and schedule work on the computer after opening and inspecting cases; distribute cases to appropriate department.
• Answer telephone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.

Our Customer Service/Data Entry team members play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case. Our Customer Service/Data Entry receive, disinfect, organize, and complete an intake process cases that comes through our doors. This is essentially the vital first step that occurs before our technicians begin to craft the restorations for our clients. The position invoices routine information exchanges with operations personnel as well as NDX customers.
