Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, a global dental products company, seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive growth in a remote US territory. You will build relationships with implantologists, dentists and key accounts, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with CS, logistics and finance for timely order closures.

The role requires 5+ years in medical devices sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large territories across Indiana/US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Medical Devices or selling medical devices/pharma products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage large geographies.
• Proven track record in sales growth and achieving targets.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred; BDS or management degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop professional relationships with key accounts and dentists/implantologists.
• Plan travel within/outside the territory as required.
• Provide product demonstrations and support live cases as needed.
• Maintain CRM reports and manage order processing with CS and logistics.
• Coordinate receivables and conduct account reconciliations with finance.
